We just launched something I’ve wanted to build for a long time: A global BLE finding network that gives enterprises the same power that Apple’s Find My, Google’s Find My Device, and Samsung’s SmartThings Find gave to consumers. But unlike those networks, Hubble’s BLE Finding Network is built specifically for businesses with full control, zero infrastructure, and global scale baked in from the start.
It’s not every day that you hear about a technological leap that fundamentally changes the way we think about global connectivity. Today is that day. Hubble Network has just achieved something that was once thought impossible: the first-ever Bluetooth connection directly to space.
We are excited to share some news with you today. Hubble Network, which is creating a global satellite network that any bluetooth enabled device can connect to, has successfully closed a $20m Series A. This investment round, led by Transpose Platform, provides the capital necessary to launch our first series of satellites and onboard our initial pilot customers. This milestone brings us one step closer to our vision of becoming the world’s first machine-to-machine network to connect over a billion devices.
They said it couldn’t be done, but we created the world’s first-ever Bluetooth connection to space. This milestone is a crucial step in our ongoing efforts to build the world’s first truly global, battery efficient, and cost-effective network.
