Hubble Network Raises $70M Series B to Scale Global Bluetooth®-to-Satellite Connectivity

At Hubble Network, our mission has always been clear: to connect billions of devices to space seamlessly, cost-effectively, and without the need for cell towers, gateways, or custom hardware. Today, we’re excited to announce a major step forward on that journey, we’ve raised $70 million in Series B funding bringing our total funding to $100 million since founding in 2021.

This raise not only fuels our growth but also validates the enormous opportunity to reshape global IoT connectivity.

A Strong Signal of Market Confidence

The round was led by Ryan Swagar, a long-time partner of our CEO, Alex Haro. Ryan brings a proven track record of early investments in companies like Life360, Ripple, GoFundMe, Liquid Death, and ClassPass, as well as deep-tech experience with H3X and Extropic.

We’re also proud to welcome an incredible group of new investors and operators:

  • Tom Gonser, cofounder of DocuSign
  • Mike Farley, cofounder of Tile
  • Marc Weiser, Managing Director at RPM and former NASA board member
  • Tuff Yen, Managing Director of Seraph Group
  • Y Combinator

This strategic mix brings not just capital, but deep expertise across SaaS, IoT, consumer, and space.

Building on Our Momentum

Since founding in late 2021, we’ve achieved major milestones that are shaping the future of satellite technology and IoT:

  • 2021: Hubble founded by Alex Haro (Life360) and Ben Wild (Amazon Sidewalk).
  • 2022: First proof-of-concept showing off-the-shelf Bluetooth chips could talk directly to satellites.
  • 2024: Launch of three satellites, proving end-to-end connectivity.
  • 2025: Launch of four additional satellites, bringing us to seven operational spacecraft.
  • 2025: Exclusive partnership with Life360/Tile, connecting into one of the largest Bluetooth networks on Earth (90M+ smartphones).
  • 2025: Series B raise of $70M, bringing total funding to $100M.

Overcoming the Challenges of Space Tech

Space is hard and the industry has long been known for capital intensity, slow cycles, and technical hurdles. Hubble has taken a different path. By leveraging existing Bluetooth chips and building a developer-first platform, we dramatically lower costs, simplify integration, and speed up adoption.

With seven satellites now in orbit, we’ve proven that satellite connectivity doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Our approach is making space practical and scalable for the billions of IoT devices that need it.

The Road Ahead

With this new funding, we’re focused on:

  • Expanding our satellite constellation toward global coverage.
  • Scaling our developer ecosystem to make integration as easy as plugging in an SDK.
  • Powering enterprise deployments across logistics, infrastructure, defense, and consumer IoT.

Our long-term vision is bold but clear: to build a global satellite network that enables affordable, low-power, ubiquitous connectivity for billions of devices unlocking a new era of IoT at planetary scale.

Thank You

This milestone wouldn’t be possible without our incredible team, partners, investors, and pilot customers who share our vision for a more connected future. We’re just getting started and the best is yet to come.
